Dan has taught me a new way to exercise. Even the simpliest movement can be tweaked to make it more effective. He aslo provides great suggestions for diet and nutrition. Dan is calm, patient, realistic and knowledgeable. Working out with Dan is a pleasure.

We had a great experience working with Dan over 12 sessions. We found him to be very informative and enjoyable to work with. My wife and I plan to continue the exercise program he designed specifically for our needs. Along with his meal plan, Tijuana has dropped 25 lbs and I have dropped 20. I also saw remarkable improvement in my health. When my doctor checked my A1C # in September it was 7.6. This resulted in our contacting Dan to see if he could help me lower that number. My experience with Dan was both enjoyable and extremely successful. Never having seriously exercised before, he knowingly (and patiently) explained the program that would be best for me. He then proceeded to suggest a diet geared to my needs and aspirations, in conjunction with a good exercise program. I learned how to work out in numerous ways on numerous equipment. With Dan’s knowledge and tutelage, I successfully lost the few pounds I needed to, eliminated painful areas of my body, increased my strength, all of which led to my general body fitness. Not only do I look better and feel better, I am more healthy, both physically and emotionally.

Dan is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who created a program for me that met all of my goals, building strength, stamina, and reduction of back pain. Additionally, I was able to reduce my body fat by 3% and took 2 inches off my waist in a short 6 weeks. While I have a good setup of equipment, Dan was able to show me exercises that didn’t require a lot of equipment that still provide effective results. I recommend Dan highly and could easily say that if you’re willing to put in the effort, you’ll definitely see results!!
