Certified Weight Trainer & Personal Trainer.

 

 

(& liscenced  Zumba® , Zumbatomic, Zumba Toning instructor.  Also BCRPA certified in Group Fitness - Group Resistance, Aquafit, Aqua mild, Stationairy Bike & High/Low & step aerobics!)

To ensure success in providing a safe, comfortable and fun program, initially you will participate in providing a full medical history and exercise history, and with a session package, we’ll complete a fitness assessment/consultation. With the completion of those important considerations out of the way, I’ll develop your workout routine, and address nutritional guidelines. These goals will be based on a mutual agreement. 

 

I’ll monitor your progress regularly and make revisions as necessary.  It is important to make sure your body positively and healthily adapts to the exercise and keeps you on track to reach your fitness goals.  Also, let’s not forget to keep the workouts fresh and interesting.
