I am a B.C.R.P.A Certified Weight Trainer, Personal Trainer & liscenced Zumba® and instructor. Also BCRPA certified in Group Fitness - Group Resistance, Aquafit, Aqua mild, Spin & High/Low & step aerobics!)
I have developed skills that allow me to help design extremely effective exercise programs to optimize time and energy, and maximize results.
